Each Alaska National policyholder is assigned a dedicated, professional claims team including a claims examiner and a full-time assistant.
In the event of a claim, we provide telephone and/or e-mail updates to our policyholders advising them of significant developments, our strategy for managing the file to ultimate resolution, and the actual and expected claims cost.
In the event of a serious Workers' Compensation claim, we provide the policyholder and the producing broker with regular written serious loss reports that discuss in detail all aspects of the claim.
