At CopperPoint, striving to improve service and the customer experience is at the heart of everything we do. Accordingly, we wanted to let you know we are rolling out a new initiative that directly welcomes new policyholders to CopperPoint and Alaska National. This is an enterprise expansion of a long running tradition in California.

For accounts over $50k in annual premium, this will take the form of a courtesy phone call followed by a personalized email. Accounts under $50k will receive a welcome email.

The goal of the outreach is to let them know:

  • their policy and account numbers and effective date
  • how to access the customer portal
  • some portal features and resources (loss control toolbox, policy documents and payroll reporting)
  • claims reporting options and how to access our claims kit

We appreciate your help in cascading this information across your organization, as we continue to deliver a new differentiated standard of service to you and your clients.
