For eligible employees, our health plan pays 100% of the employee's premiums (subject to applicable deductibles, coinsurance, and/or co-pays). Coverage for dependents is available at a substantially reduced rate.
We provide a basic life insurance plan for full-time employees in an amount based upon the employee’s annualized projection of regular, base wages.
Short and Long-Term Disability
These benefits are available to help eligible employees cope with an illness or injury that results in a short-term or long-term absence from employment.
Our profit sharing plan is provided to all eligible employees. Contributions are deposited into a flexible, full-service investment retirement account.
In addition to profit sharing, eligible employees may also elect to place funds deducted from their paycheck on a pre-tax basis into their retirement account.
Including paid time off (PTO) for vacations, illness, personal business, family care, and other personal needs. Our PTO plan begins accruing at 15 days of PTO annually, and additional days may be earned through continued employment. We also provide leave for Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), military service, bereavement, and jury duty.
