COMPASS
For certain large and complex workers' compensation accounts, an in-depth loss control evaluation of the policyholder’s operations, exposures and controls may make sense. The Comprehensive Management Practices And Safety Survey, or COMPASS, is just the tool for such situations.
This in-depth audit contains over 200 questions, exploring such areas as Management Leadership, Workers’ Compensation, Hazard Control, Loss Control Programs, and Employee Involvement. The tool compares policyholder’s existing efforts with the best practices in the safety and health field. The final report will note current strengths as well as identify opportunities for improvement.
